Predictions v The Silkmen
 

The penultimate league game is upon us and as it transpires, its a huge one for our league survival hopes (personally I dont think we have much to worry about after despatching Hereford and Peterborough at home recently, Inces tossbags shouldnt pose much of a threat).

Anyway down to the nitty gritty of the matter. What does everyone think the final score will be this weekend for the final League 2 home game of the season at the FES against the Silkmen of Macclesfield? Silk is renowned for being smooth - lets hope the Cheshire lot slip up then eh...

A nervy 2-1 win for me for Stanley of course. And Paul Ince the sack.

Jimbo can I also place my prediction for MK Dons on here please, as due to Holidays etc I will be somewhere close to landing in Hong Kong when this one comes out. 3-1 to MK Dons but I sincerely hope not.

For prediction league purposes only,i'll go for a 1-1 draw.with Boston losing at home to Torquay.But obviously want a Stanley win.

I think this could be a very tight match or a goal fiesta - much will depend on nerves, but it has to end in a Stanley win.

My forecast is :

Accrington Stanley 3
Macclesfield Town 2

Well the Prediction League table has now been updated to include all valid predictions made in this thread for the Macc home game. The final score of 3-2 to Coleys red and white LEAGUE 2 army was correctly predicted by :

Looks like we have a 2006/7 Prediction League winner that cant be caught but Im going to save all the official announcements until next week when its all done and dusted.
