1st batch nearly ready!

Just taken delivery of the first batch of merchandise - now off to the printers to see what they can do for me.

Pete - the £12 item looks better than I thought they would. Lesley - I'm still not keen on the £4 item but me ma says they'll sell. and Bill is still shaking after signing the cheques this morning! I've give him some valium and told him to go for a lie down!

also I forgot to motion the purchase of some cash tins last night but I'm sure it wont be a problem

Better to pay £12 for a new one than wait while the OSC start selling second hand stuff on e-bay :D

I'm seeing the printer tomorrow, and crossing my fingers that he could have something ready for friday but it will probably be a couple of weeks altogether. Also gonna try to push the engraver to have his stuff ready for friday, although he had said they were booked in next week.

Terry now has the logo and will be starting work on his stuff by the end of the week.

Now onto the roof - where do I start? Supplier said that they take 4-5 weeks which would take us just past the carnival  . A kind lady said she would try to hurry them up but ......

Badges for next season now ordered ..... again hoping to have them back by the Carnival.

Membership Cards now ordered .... artwork going over tonight hopefully and we will have some form of proof back tomorrow. Two week turnaround on those.

New OSC headquarters have also been provisionally ordered today, but that will not be released until the cheque has been received .... then 3 day delivery.

Ah the the plain-er one was chosen, I'm glad, in my opinion it looks much more proffesional. (And will save me a lot of work incase I have to redesign it into a vector image for printing )
