|
Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
After my half share of a bottle of Merlot I'm feeling quite rosy about our prospects for the Leicester game. With D'sane, Edwards and Carden not even featuring on the bench today, hopefully we can ring the team changes on Tuesday night and put what seems to be a powerful squad to work to secure another good result. Great to be able to rest key players without weakening the team! With a couple more quality additions we really will have versatile cover for all positions.:)
|
Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
Briliant stuff! Well done lads :)
|
Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
Brilliant! We've made the play-offs! All we have to do now is stay up there. Easy.

Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
From the Wycombe forum:-
"38 minutes in to the season and the goalkeeper is warned for time wasting. That surely has to be a record? I would have been very, very ashamed if I were involved with Accrington Stanley Football Club at that moment in time."<!-- User Agent = Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8.1.6) Gecko/20070725 Firefox/2.0.0.6 --> </FORM> Was he booked then, or is it the same old sour grapes? |
Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
"Cover for all positions, except the Sophia Khan terrace. ;)"

Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
Great start winning today at "fancied" Wycombe, you can`t read too much into the 1st game but lets hope its a sign of a few of the tight scrapes going our way. Clean sheet is nice as well .
Looking forward to the Licester game, friendly neghbourhood Blackpool putting them on a downer at Filberts. Nice to see our other neighbours get off to a good start too. The Sven at man C is an imposter, he was ordered from the touchline for over exuberance. It`s Sooooooo obviosly Stuart Pearce is a Sven costume. Good Day All round. |
Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
Great to hear the result, actually looking forward to Leicester on Tuesday. Here's hoping the weather holds off and we have a terrific turn out, not just for Leicester, but also for Darlo next saturday.
|
Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
Well done, you guys. Really pleased for you. It just goes to prove that all the money in the world can't beat PASSION!
|
Re: The Wycombe Match Thread
Great start, clean sheet, three points and no red cards. Doesn,t get much better. Roll on Tuesday night.
|
