'their bleached blonde no 5 was easily the man of the match'

'we had eight players shorter than their shortest'

'they scored and then put 11 men behind the ball'

so to sum today up then. Mark Roberts is looking like the class act defender we have wanted for a long time. If he stays fit and shy of cards we could do okay back there. Wycombe have boughtplayers specifically for the end of season table football competition. And it looks like we may have learnt the lesson that it ain't gonna be pretty away from home cos we have to learn to shut up shop. Well done Coley and the boys, that could turn out to be a good opening day scalp.

Hmmmm.... as Jay Harris is only 3' 6" tall, their players must be midgets. ;)

Just back from the game.

Back 4 all played well, Roberts stood out.

Arthur made a great save in the 1st half but apart from a couple catches and punches he didnt have that much to do.

Jay Harris was excellent IMO.

Rommy scored but was judged to be off side.

Plenty of noise from the Stanley fans and an enjoyable day out.

brilliant start looked like mullers was playing more advanced up the pitch instead of the long ball playing through the midfield more.........:Banane21:

Great win! Nice to go away and get the three points i thought jay harris was man of the match however thought boco was great for the last ten minutes. Was it me or did Evil try every position on the pitch except from being in goal lol , i thought he was lazy today though and didnt contribute much.

I don't think anybody was lazy on Saturday, everybody played well, and if you thought Evil played in every position exept in goal then how do you work out that he was lazy.
