Absolute shower of **** today. No positives whatsoever.
I'm a big fan of Rocky's, but I haven't seen him play that badly in a long time.
We play like that again this season & we're in for another dogfight.

i think it was the wrong team selection... Rommy does not play well on the wing. and miles was no good on the other wing. I think weshould have played rommy was in the centre and we dropped evil and replaced him with bown or whalley (a winger) and played 4-5-1. Thats the team i would have started with.
4-5-1 would be good away from home too

Poor performance today.Having said that Darlo were'nt that great themselves and the final score is way out of context with the game. Leighton McGivern and Whalley must start in future games. They both looked dangerous and McGivern almost scored with a spectacular over head kick.

Pretty poor overall today, but I don't think it's a case of throwing everything out with the bath water (baby, soap, moisturiser..... ;) ).

We played some ok football in midfield (nice triangles, etc), but like a eunuch in a brothel, we lacked penetration. There was very little happening in the last third of the field, which is strange when you consider our front line.

Not all doom and gloom, but we need to work on quite a few things before we get better. Perhaps when Carden is fit he'll add something to our creativity? Or maybe if Mr C makes a comeback? ;)
