7-2?!? Two out of Two!?!
 

That's right last week it was 5 this week it's 7. Stanley Ladies beat Barnoldswick Town Ladies at the Silentnight Beds Stadium today by 7 goals to 2, and when you think it was Barnoldswick's first team and are in the League above us it is a fantastic result for the girls today. The goals came from a hattrick from Sarah Ronnan, two from Chloe Smith, one from Hannah Jones and an og (claimed by Ashleigh Broughton.) :D A great result to take the girls into their final 'friendly' in midweek away at the Arbories home to Padiham Ladies FC, kick-off 7pm. Things seem to be looking up for the girls in time for the new season kick-off in two weeks time!!

Also bear in mind as well that we have scored two more goals (12) than the whole of last season in just two matches and the new season hasn't even kicked off yet!! Kipax wasn't there today but hopefully he will be there Tuesday night but all the photos are on his webpage KIPAX Sports Photography under the Women's Football link if you're wondering who the scorers are!

Just to let you know it is definitely at the Arbories in Padiham tommorow kick-off at 7pm, free entry and the bar will be open too :) I'm sure the girls would appreciate your support! Thanks!
