Went on sat to the posh game where has our midfield gone weve got whalley trying to do a ronaldo when he should stick to the basics
boco and harris running there socks off but getting poor service

We had no midfield whatsoever against posh.

Proctor and Harris where nowhere all game.

Whalley doesnt look the same player as last season.

And why play boco out wide is beyond me.

Miles just looks on a different planet, more like a unibond 1.

id play branch center mid where we will be able to see his obvious quality!

IMO it was Craney, but HEY you`ve gotta move on, you can`t just keep looking back for the good times. I think we should have a more than competent squad it just seems like they`re not gelling as a team.

My Burning question is :- Where is Leighton McGivern?

Andy Todd leaving us was always going to leave a canyon sized holed in the midfield. The guy practically got all of the assists last term after Craney and Roberts left. He needed to be replaced with a quality winger with league experience, however with no cash to spend whatsoever we ended up with a patchy player at best, John Miles. With regards to that position, I thought when we signed Roscoe D'Sane that he could do a job out on the right wing. He is much faster than Miles and will attack defences more efficiently. With D'Sane out on the right, we could play Brown and Mullin up front; two players with experience, and work rates that put the rest of the squad to shame (not fat idiots that play up to an ape-like reputation and stamp on the opposition).
More importantly though, both Mullin and Brown are proven finishers for us.

Proctor hasn't started well at all this year. He needs to step up his game or he will (or should) be replaced by Carden when he is fit.

Agreed.
I also miss Andy Todd as well.
I think some huge mistakes have been made by getting rid of all of these players. Even if that's stating the obvious a little...

Who have we "got rid of"?

Craney and Roberts wanted to go to bigger clubs and we sold them at a profit.

Todd wanted to play for a club nearer his home, so he went to Rotherham, although we tried to keep him.

They don't play for us anymore which is the point I'm trying to make.
