Ive never been a fan of these interigation methods. Jc is the gaffer its hes decision on all training,coaching and team selection methods. Not being the manager I would feel a bit of a prick if i start saying why are you playing centre forwards in centre midfield? why are you persisting with players who are just not good enough? why are the players fitness levels not up to scratch? why do you blame referees for every defeat? why,why,why etc. The guy is the manager, he sees the players in training every day (i hope), its hes decision at every bend at the end of the day. You honestly think hes going to change his team for the next game because mr smith of avenue parade (made up name,address) tells him hes got it all wrong. He does well (almost all his time at stanley) he gets the plaudits, he does badly then he must take the critiscm. But as all stanley fans know its a bigger picture as he hasnt had mass amounts of cash to squander, we have lived off scrimps and scrapes from the bottom of the barrell throughout JCs leadership so let the guy get on with it. I just couldnt walk into a room and start questioning the guys football credentials when ive never been a league manager with no money to spend etc. If i was id just laugh when mr bloggs says ''i could pick a better team than you.'' On the other hand requesting info on emerging talent from the youth setup and why they are nowhere near breaking through could possibly be a legitimate sort of question.
