Stanley, Brentford and Wycombe. It's some sort of scheme that involves fans pledging to recycle their waste and win cash prizes for their club...but, of course, that was easy, because we've been told all about it on t'fishy site...in the same way that we've told about our new community liaison officer. :rolleyes:

it costs us nowt to do, you may win a stack load of cash for yourself and the club makes a bit as well.

I think the numbers on the leaderboard are pledges (with 1000 as the the starting point anyway) we are joint second with a few others on 1300 but Brentford are on 2000 so will take some catching.

any email address - any mobile number

but remember the fan who pledges the most wins some money for themselves so phoney (sorry) numbers won't win owt!

still going! we've got all of October to overcome Brentford. Currently we are still second on 3000 behind Brentford on 4000. We need to be making about 300 pledges a week I think and we are currently around 200.

You do get entered into the hat to win some money for yourself as well so get on it. For those that are bothering, you can enter your wife and your kids as well every time, just so long as the mobile number and email is different each time. Go on, go for it and lets get Stanely top of the trash!

I am not sure how pledges convert to pounds but considering we all started on £1000 anyhoo I am thinking that they pay £3.50 per pledge

Come on guys and gals please pledge away, it cost nowt and takes less than a minute.

I have today voted on behlaf of me mother, me father, me sister and my wife with permission of course ask away and just get their permission to use mobile number and email then multi pledge our club £3.50 for each one.

By that equation we need to make up a deficit of 457 votes on Brentford with five weeks left. Maybe the pounds are just a percentage division of the total pot but either way thats how many votes we need to improve by. If every one of these regular pledgers can pledge for somebody else then we are well away.

Rob there is no way we are going to be able to catch up on Brentford, had a nosy at their pledges and they are getting nearly 20,000 pledges a week!!!!!!!!!!:eek:

Of course not!!!!

If you click on the talent from trash tab it brings up a box "Choose your club" if you click on brentford you can look at their weekly results...no pledging involved at all

so we ended up second - good effort everybody.

Apparently the highest pledger from each club wins a money can't buy experience from their club. The winner was to be contacted between the 3rd and 5th of December and if they haven't had a response they will go the 2nd on the list and so on up to the 14th. Has anybody on here had that call yet?

Well what can I say.....

I received a call this afternoon and yes tis me... I have now been crowned as SUPERFAN!!!!!! :o:D How exciting is that?????????? :mosher:

I think I missed about 5 days in the whole 12 weeks, how sad is that?? It became part of my computer routine, if I didn't do it whilst on my lunch at work it was the first thing I did when I went on computer at home... it was weird when it ended cos it messed my routine up :D

Hmmm now it wasn't me that called myself that it was the email from coca cola who ran the competition, and wonder if whoever it was had been pledging too?? of course it wasn't signed :D

The people I have spoken today about this know how much I have been taking the mickey about being called "superfan" I think it's hysterical.

To be honest I am just glad that it contributed to the club getting so much money :)

the dosh went to one fan but it could be from any team. It was just luck of the draw for that :)
