wouldn't be surprised if nothing happens, doesn't really make sense if you think about it. who would play them? why would people stop playing for stanley fans f.c and join the youth team? how would we get kits/transport/training/management etc. sorted?

Don't be so negative lads, sounds a good idea to me, but it needs talking through with loweiy, there are local youth leagues you know.:thumbsup:

:rose8: From the US of A, the boys team's not bad but a bit behind in UK standards, although the girls team is very good and I would think could give some pro ladies teams a good run for there money. am I correct in saying that Accrington Stanley has a supporters team ??
If so how do you join it ? and do you have to be a certain age ? and when do they play games ?
and if your talking about starting some kind of team up and your looking for players I would happily play for you, just tell me when and where, I am quite good on a park !, just need to get back to match fitness.

I don't want anyone to think that this is a bad idea but how long have we said there will be a team for youths some body needs to come on and say right this is when we train and this is when we play I don't think a youths football team can be set up over a forum in the futre lets start thinking about it and start asking around at the ground at the beging of the season we will get alot more than me and my mates
