Great that the club have got people involved (and good luck to both), but can't help thinking that, all things considered, this is a full time job for someone. I know the fishy site suggests it's only temporary, but my natural cynicism is starting to show through. Hope this isn't another example of the club trying to do things on the cheap...

Very long ones unfortunately, but I hope I'm wrong. I reckon Lew Carroll's departure was a real step backwards for the club. If he wanted to leave. there's not much they could do about it, but they really need to replace him with a full-time marketing professional who can start to generate much needed funds and sponsorship. I'm not knocking David or Adam, but we really need someone who can devote all their time to this all-important job. I fear that once we have the volunteers in place, things will just be left to drift. As I say, I really hope I'm wrong!
