You’d have to be an idiot to not understand what we are ‘moaning’ about, although judging by your terribly inarticulate posting, you evidently are...

Charming.

Good attendance on Saturday, by the way. Is 1,400 a record at your place?

Sorry Jaytee, but once again you are quite wrong.
Health and Safety is everyones responsibility, the stewards just uphold it. The other point being, the walkway at the front of the stands is supposed to be kept clear, the stewards are trying their best to do this, only for mindless morons set on challenging authority, which in effect is what a steward is. I am not saying the 2 guys who went on the pitch were in the wrong, but as I've already said and ground regulations also state, it is an offence to go onto the field of play and it was Shrewsbury supporters who pushed them there not the stewards.

I don't want to be associated with the remarks by agent orange. I enjoyed the piece on Stanley on Sky tonight. I thought they might have shown a bit more of your history. Have a happy Xmas and peaceful New Year. Best regards. jaytee.

Our posts crossed, ozzy. From what I've been told, a Stanley player went to collect the ball during the warm up and didn't lock the gate. Stewards were watching and also didn't. It was clearly not a pitch invasion, I just thought common sense might have prevailed in the circumstances.

Bit tough on the lads getting thrown out I agree, but EVERYONE is responsible for their own health and safety, the stewards are there to enforce it, IF they were looking after themselves they would have been behind the barrier.
But I know it happens and personally don't think they should have been ejected, just a harsh word with them and send them back behind the barrier would have been enough.
