first 20 mins was abysmal .chester could have been at least 4 up but at least we had the bottle to fight back which has been missing in recent home games not perfect but highly entertaining.i know we scored 3 goals today but too many times the forwards and attacking midfielders were out of position i.e defender gets ball looks up theres nobody in a forward position to create an outlet to releive the pressure ,so what happens the opposition get possession and create intense pressure and the inveitable happens .the opposition either score or close to scoring what we need is an outlet a roving midfielder that is good in possession with vision..

Mate.. it sounds like you were at the same game I was at here in NZ Saturday night (HawkesBay Utd vs Auckland City) ..We ( HBU) played exactly the same way.F***in frustrating to watch(& lost 1-0):mad:.

Precisely what I was thinking about Toddy, although I think he started on the right in the first half when we had absolutely no presence down the left at all. (Rory would do for me!).
Web was subbed because a) he had been booked, and b) he was beginning to struggle against the pace of the Chester front men. Whatever you say about Rocky, he is not short of pace as long as he runs in the right direction!

2] Dont start me on that rant....its exactly what i wanna know too, because we were commanding the position a lot better - then what does coley do?.....shove love child on & hey presto we conceed, not improved as much as he should of done to even get the approval of having 1st team out play:(

Oh and your stadium announcer is sh*t at his job. He forgot to announce the scorer of our third goal. And he kept saying Chris Holroyd's name wrong. What a muppet.

I hold my hands up I got it wrong haha, but you have to admit Mullers is the taller of the 2 and that was my argument!! :rolleyes: 'Loft it to Mullers rather than Dsane was my 1st half random judgement.'

But hey ho, Mr Dsane proved me wrong in his heading in the 2nd half and boy did he do it in style!!

As for the 'Dingle' remark Doug, thought Dingle's were from Yorkshire, Burnley you'll find is in East Lancashire!!!! :)
