tonights home reserve game was called off because of a waterlogged pitch,and with more rain to come before saturday not looking good.

I think the reserve game might have been postponed for precaution rather than the normal waterlogged pitch. Probably didn't want to take the covers off and chance it. ( presuming the covers are on )

The pitch covers aren't waterproof, just frost proof so they wont be on I dont think....

launch will still go ahead as we have Granada cameras down filming it and hopefully Sky as well. We are also hoping for a guest or two but we're not sure yet on that.

the pitch is alright it looks like the covers have been on.they are now off and the pitch is drying out there is only one patch of cover still on and thats the corner near the changing room .the rest of the pitch looks fine...with the weather forecast saying light rain it looks like 97.2 percent on....:Banane47::Banane47::Banane47::Banane47::Ban ane47:cmon you reds

Going to be a close call I reckon. Early morning pitch inspections already planned at Bury, Rochdale & Macc, would imagine the same will take place at FES
