Cav's comments in Observer!
The world according to Coleman's "best defender in the league"
"you can understand fans being disgruntled but I am an Everton fan and if I see my team give their all on the pitch I wouldnt be disheartened" Has Cavanagh had to watch his team (Everton) get outplayed in virtually every home game this season? NO! Has Cavanagh had to watch his team (Everton) lose 10+ games at home this season? NO! Has Cavanagh had to watch his 'mate' play players so out of position week after week that the team as a whole seem bewildered? NO!! So yes Cav you are for once correct, we are entitled to our opinion, and mine is that you and your scouse footballing genius 'mate' are clueless!!!!!!! |
Re: Cav's comments in Observer!
i read the column and totally agreed with him. that was how i felt after tuesday, i wasnt too disheartened and thought we would soon be winning again if we continue to put in performances like it. as long as we put our chances away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Cav's comments in Observer!
I think most people have said the same all season. We can put up with having the pooreset wages and smallest transfer kitty as we are a small club with limited resources. As long as the effort is there we can kinda put up with it. The problem this season is that for most of it (at home anyway) there looks to have been little effort. I didn't see the game midweek but by all acocunts we did try and had the lios share of possession and chances. So I can put up with a crap result. Notts County, Wrexham and Rochdale (off the top of my head) at home however I can't.
