Apologies if I'm repeating an older thread (I think I checked, mods, honest), but just felt that we on the forum ought to acknowledge the passing of our former assistant manager.

I only met Ian the once when he was kind enough to speak at our referees meeting (a rare occurance for "football people") and he came accross as a real gent.

As we head up the leagues (or hurtle down again, depending on your point of view), we mustn't forget the people who were part of the club in the not so good old days.
