He was poor in the game he played in midfield, but to be fair he's a left-back and he's only been played there once since we signed him. After some rave reviews, I was disappointed when I eventually saw him play.

Exactly - Phil Edwards is poor at the moment but then again he is not playing in his natural position. Mark King at left back at Stockport looked like he would make the position his own - what happened?

my point too , why sign him and not play him . Edwards isnt up to this league so why not king . i would still like roberts in team . webb looked ok yesterday .

You can only play 11 players at one time during a match, why have we signed more than 11 players is beyond me, just doesnt make sense to sign more than 11 players afterall only 11 can play at one time ... its crazy deeps*itmode :D

he did look good at stockport - he is as good as any of our left backs at going forward -him and cav in the same team would give real width to our team.

Does anyone know what has happened to King? I must admit that he didn't impress me when he played out of position on the left-wing, but he was decent at left back at Stockport.

He didn't play for the reserves midweek, so where is he?
