And to think some people were moaning that we got rid of Ash Hoskin (legend though he is) ;)

New stand
New vice-chairman
New reserves manager

At least off the pitch things look rosy :)

What new stand? We waited years for the roof after it was anounced that we would have one, so don't get your hopes up for a new stand, wait and see. As for new reserve team manager, what club has a reserve team manager with more experience than the first team manager and first team coach put together.

You'd have thought he'd have some depth to his contacts too, although I'm not too sure if he would do at this level. If he has, then he could be a major asset to the club, because that's where we fall down so often.

Jesus_was_A_red_ 03-04-2008 16:13

Re: asa hartford

Im sure he will have many contacts within the game. I think its down to how much and what sort of an infulence he is being asked to produce. He has worked from top to bottom of football league and being a well known name from his pro playing days he will have a few good contacts. For instance having all these top premier teams surrounding us we should be able to forge an alliance with at least a couple of them ie loaning us youth players that need real playing expierence. Jc has made some good quality loan signings from top clubs.
