Re: Season Ticket Sales

i think it will be a good idea to extend it till next month and get all the rich people who get paid monthly:Dno seriously i think it would be a good idea to extend it because a lot of people need to plan a month ahead and it would prob quadruple sales..

Re: Season Ticket Sales

It wouldn't have been difficult to offer payment over 3 months May, June & July. They would still have had the commitment and probably sold a few more.

I won't be buying one, was going to do but it's bad enough on my shift pattern missing Tue and Fri night matches, rumour going round at work now that there going to be introducing Saturdays into our shift pattern, can't say I'm too happy about that

Re: Season Ticket Sales

How accurate us this data? Those 150 season tickets that have been sold, how many of them are full price adult tickets? The often quoted 118 were adult season tickets, so are sales higher than that? It's ok saying, "we've sold more than last season", but based on what? The 118 season ticket sales was inaccurate, so is this figure reliable?

Does it matter?

I think so, if we're going to make comparisons. A lot was made of the 118 tickets sold last year, but that wasn't the whole truth.

I'd like to know the truth on this occasion, rather than the spin.

Re: Season Ticket Sales

The difficulty could be do you just say full Adult price ones, or do you include Junior Eagles & the Student Priced ones? To me it don't matter a jot so long as more money is forthcoming to the Club and more people come through the turnstiles and have a belonging:)

If it's Spin then so what at least it's positive spin!;)

Re: Season Ticket Sales

I guess some people are more easily placated than others, but I would still like to see some true figures concerning sales, rather than some fairy tale version. If the club is going to make comparisons, at the very least they could be accurate ones.

It isn't difficult to say how many tickets have been sold.
