Whats wrong with Surridge?? I like the two strips I've had from them ('06 and'07)

Try Errea. If you normally have a large t-shirt then you have to order a XXL shirt from them

Guess I'm in the minority then hating surridge because of it's sizes - I'm 6ft 12 and a half stone and yet the small is still too big.

Pro-star kits would make us look like a Unibond side. We may have a non-league way of running our club but we don't have to look like it. Surridge kits look the dogs swingers.

Re: New Home/Away kit

A plain red shirt with white shorts and red and white socks would suffice.

Re: New Home/Away kit

We would maybe see more things on offer with a New Kit Supplier

More Lesiurewear? There is definately a market for such things

But will the Club be Bold enough to try such a thing

Might not be a bad move getting in on the groundfloor so to speak as well:)

The problem with merchandise for a small club is the minimum order levels are out of reach a lot of the time. They should use suppliers who are prepared to offer small quantites and then get more if they sell out ;)

why?

as long as the quality is right and the shirt looks good then all shirts are the same regardless of league status

fc:stanley 11-06-2008 20:49

Re: New Home/Away kit

Maybe they could get a little stock of what pendle red was talking about and if you like what you see then you could order it from the club shop That way the club wont loose money from buying unwanted stock!

Ours could be similar to that, but it'll be more cheaply made, the colour will wash out of it and the sponsor will fall off after 2 washes. :D

I still think that this kit would not....

a). Lose it's colour in the wash !!
b). Lose it's Logo from constant laundering.!!!
c.) Cost at least £30 in the club shop !!!!.

And just might increase the attendance figures...

So do we, at least we did before christmas. They probably didn't replenish the stock after the initial run if it hasn't sold well, other clubs can afford to throw money at stuff like that we can't. I spoke to both Rob and Lee about them a few times before christmas coz I was thinking of trying to kit out the ladies side with training and travel gear. Both the training shirts and the tracksuits were hanging in the shop at the time.
