ON THE FIELD; Dramatic improvement on last season for the home games.Make the FES a 'House of Pain' for visiting teams.Better form should lead to larger crowds = more dosh etc..
OFF THE PITCH; Like others have said, better communication to the fans.For geographical reasons I don't really expierience it it but its clear from the many postings that a problem exists.

club to be ran proffesionally which means investing in new staff

some rich dude to come in and pay for the stand and we will name it after him

and a challlenge at least until march/april to get in the play offs - that would be great.
