if you John Coleman is reading this, or any players or other members of the staff, I tell you that you have a Brazilian supporter :D I only saw you playing once but I'm always following you.

but Honest from who? if people want to post real opinions then they should use there real names!! Loweiy (also known as Stephen Lowe):D:D:) |
Re: do stanley players and staff luck on this site
Personally i dont think it matters if you use your real name or not, if someone has an opinion and wants to post what does it matter, i remember a few seasons back someone suggested that we should all get our user names on our shirts, i know some of us did, so people know who some of us are, if i want to post something that not everyone agree`s with then its tough, but i dont expect to be hassled for it on the terrace, just because my view may differ from someone else`s, it`s all down to freedom of speech, and not being a sheep as not everyone thinks that Coleman is the best thing since bread came sliced, i personally as yet dont have an issue with the guy, but if i did i`d like to think that i would be allowed to post to that affect without being tarred and feathered and branded a traitor.
This is not intended to cause any ill feeling, just my own personal opinion. |
Re: do stanley players and staff luck on this site

not intended at anyone in particular but just general!!! Loweiy |

I'm not putting mine on my shirt not because I don't want people to know who I am but because it's crap, I wish I could change it.

If the only people who can post their views on here are the ones who use their real names, then the post count will drop dramatically! :D |
Re: do stanley players and staff luck on this site
I am suprised no-one has mentioned that anyone can look at a profile of a member of the board and find out much of the information they may want. I personally have criticised the chairman, the management and some of the players on a number of occasions and I also have been 'asked' to be careful as I work for the club as a steward. I believe that all people on here who are supporters of the football club should be allowed to have a voice. What can the club do? Ban you, I don't think so. Sack me as a steward, again I don't think so and if they do then so be it, it will not stop me being vociferous and saying what I feel. However, if there is to be credit, I will also be forthright in passing on that credit (like Tuesday night). The way the team has played in recent times has not been good and I believe the paying public who support the club have a right to have a go at whoever.
So for those that don't know me - my name is Nigel and my profile lets anyone know my e-mail address and no I will not be silenced because I work or support the club. I love Accrington Stanley and will support the club through thick and thin but I must be allowed to say what I want and feel should be said. Plus my profile picture even shows who I am - the red shirt gives it away. |
