Craney - best position

Alright Gents,

As a Huddersfield Town fan - what position(s) has Craney played in for your team and what's his strongest position. Is he left or right footed?

Good luck with rest of season.

Cheers,

Re: Craney - best position

His consistently best performances for the club were as an attacking midfielder during our Conference Championship season when he deservedly won "Conference Player of the Season".

Right footed central attacking midfielder.

dont listen to these people you see half of these people on the message bord dont agree with a thing coley does and when we win a game or score 2 goals and take the league against wolves they still find bad things to say about the player, management! they push players away negativity! best postion centre midfield will do well with gary on left

the guy is class.
when he has the ball at his feet he is way to good for league 2 and as i watch a fair bit of tranmere, i would say he would get into their team.
The first 3 games of this season, he really worked hard defensivly - i think you have got a great player in Craney.
Huddersfield is alot closer to Liverpool and you are not as isolated as Swansea.
I think you will be impressed with his passing and creativity.

Yes,attacking midfielder,if that means you don't tackle or win headers.I did witness a header against Aldershot, but there was no one within 5 yards. My nephew can jump higher,he's 8.If you get more time on the ball in League One,and has a ball winner along side him,he will do ok.

He gets past the front two ala David Platt is his hey day, but he's a much better dancer....

Enjoy

just behind a front two and great delivery from dead balls.

Re: Craney - best position

Yeah despite my earlier post, I do think that if he puts in the effort he can do a job for you as an attack minded midfielder threading through balls or taking shots. He will score a spectacular goal or two every now and then including set pieces. if he doesn't put the effort in then as I said before he'll be on the bench!!!!
