Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
Awww chimer u been all alone today ??
God have to say my heart has stopped pumping like a good un, what an enthralling match & the last 10 mins all action goal, seems only the cowshed provides the goal breakthro lol!! Sorry to little Em for scaring her during our equalizer, not used to us scoring pmsl!!! Topping a great match was meeting Gregor & opportunity to say a major thanks for all the help with the historic panels & provider of former players:D |
Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
I thought Stanley were a little unlucky not to win today,I didnt rate Countys defence or goalie. I thought we should have had a penalty in the second half. The Reds seem to hold onto the ball and not give it away as much as last season, however their goal came from lost possesion. I was pleased with the effort all round and the passing has improved. All in all I am mildly optomistic for the rest of the season

Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
Quite frankly, Stanley were cheated out of a win today. Paul Mullin scored in the first half and it was chalked off for offside, however, having been level with the liner, he reacted a couple of seconds after the ball had been kicked (free kick) and PM had left the defence for dead. However, it was not to be, and quite frankly, their goal should never have happened. Cav gave the ball away to one of the County boys who was then one on one with Kenny and gave him no chance. Good equaliser though. To be fair, the ref and assistants had a stinker today for both teams. So one point gained or two lost, depends how you look at it. Next week should be a test at Darlington.

Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
WOW..what an exiting climax ( :) )...orgasmic football...Good onya STANLEY... and CHIMER, when your daylight saving ends and our kicks in, I'll be back on here for the games cause getting up at 4AM in warm weather is more preferable than rising at 2 and freezing...

Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
:)i thought stanley played good possesion football till the second haf it seems wve got back to basics also thought we should have had a penalty ,remember last season we were losing these games. so its even more improvement.....:130: chopped pork and ham yuk:)

Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
I thought that the game was ok and that it was a fair result in the end!
Miles had a good game and when he had the ball he always went forward.... even though he did lose the ball quite a few times. Very exciting match cant wait for the next one! |
Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
miles was revelation today as well in midfield is he the missing link in midfield?

Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
I was pleased with the way Stanley played today. I thought we could have won today if we had have taken our chances. I thought we were robbed of a clear penalty. Overall happy with the point.

Re: Notts CoMatch Thread ..
i thought stanley played well today we played them off the park, keeped the ball and not giveing it away, but what we have to do to get a free kick i dont know. thought miles did play good, clarke had a good game aswell, onibuje played well should of come on ealier though, defence played well edwards played very good again and should of been motm, worrall played good when he went up front seems to be a good player getting the ball and going foward, we just need the finshing touch though to many times when we had the ball in the box we messed about with it and Griffiths played very well in midfield. good game jimmy ryan is an excellent player. we deserved a point if not a win!!!
