Ok next game is coming up sooner than normal. Stanley have a midweek league 2 fixture this coming Tuesday evening at home with Shrewsbury Town being the visitors.

The Shrews from Shropshire are doing very well so far this season - as many people expect them to really. This wont be easy for Stanley. Previous records versus Shrewsbury show we have only managed to get a point off them since we were promoted to the league. This season so far, Shrewsbury are the highest scoring team in the division and unsurprisingly as a result, have the best goal difference in the league. They have scored twice as many as we have in the same amount of games and conceded less than half of what we have which fully explains why they are 3rd, 2 points off the top.
