I did say this at the time we recruited him on loan, but still doubt whether it'd be us that signed him permanently. There was a lot of competition at the time he went to Posh and I'd expect the same again.

There is no shortage of nice places to live in Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire if you work in Peterborough.

Charnock as been fantastic since he came to us!!

In my opinion, our much better defensive record will not go unnoticed by clubs at league one (or higher)level.

Probably best loan signing in our recent history.

The towns a dump, but there are very nice places in the outlying districts, my cousin lives in Benwick around 10 miles outside Peterborough

And Benwick is a celebrated centre of sporting excellence as well !!!

Benwick and Football: Football has been a part of Benwick for as long as the game has been played. There have been seasons where the team have come second in their games yet other seasons trophies have lined the shelves of the village pub.
