Re: vs Tranmere
BBC SPORT | Football | FA Cup | Tranmere v Accrington (Thu)
Their manager reckons we'll be 4-5-1 and play defensively. I say 4-3-3 Miles Ryan J.Mullin in midfield P.Mullin Clarke and Smith up front and bring the game to 'em. We've got nothing to lose :D |
Re: vs Tranmere
Hello everyone!!
I dont know if you remember me, it's been a while since I posted in the forum for the last time. But today Im back to say how happy I am with the chance of watching Stanley for the 2nd (yes, only SECOND) time in my life!! Myp2p.eu website says it's gonna be in programs such as Sopcast and TvAnts to watch online. I really hope it works... cant wait! Here's the link: MyP2P.eu :: English FA Cup - Tranmere Rovers vs. Accrington Stanley I have so much Uni stuff to do but they will have to wait now. And so far Im 100% about Stanley - first and only game I watched was the 1x0 win in the Carling Cup against Nottingham Forest some time ago. |
Re: vs Tranmere
I managed to get it on myp2p/sopcast and it looks like no ones there!!
Like at the JPT game which is understandable. You can hear the Stanley fans very VERY clearly!! KEEP IT UP LADS |

know what u mean sam & we get ****** all for all the effort, seems we just cant finish it :( |
Re: vs Tranmere
One of the defenders (who was it?) went too hungry for a tackle in the midfield and left a space behind which they used very well to score the goal. :(
|
Re: vs Tranmere
the goal was a deflection off defenders chest, just typical luck of the draw.:(
|
Re: vs Tranmere
FT
Tranmere 1-0 :( Kenny Arthur had a good game, didnt he? The team didnt play bad, thats a shame we lost the game... |
Re: vs Tranmere
well done anyway The Reds. Great effort in keeping it to 1-0 over 189 mins. I thought Proccy had a great first half, Kenny was commanding again and Mullin won numerous headers and flick ons - just no Gornell to run on to them!
Stanley fans? yippa kay ayy mother ......s!! constant noise throughout the game and the only Tranmere noise was three grandads singing 'one Ian Moore' when the camera was down their end for a corner! No idea how many were there but it sounded like we had more than them (looked it an all on t'telly) |
Re: vs Tranmere
Not the best of games really however not the worst. We should of won really , they wasnt anything special for a league 1 outfit and that was said by many fans in the club house after the game. Great atmosphere as always and great effort to keep it going and it must of been loud as from the responses on here and from friends. Not a bad thursday night out at all however gutted were out of the F.A Cup as we should of won. Good side is that at least we dont have to take a trip to posh :D

Re: vs Tranmere
This is a bit late, but as a mate of mine down here who's got all the satellite stuff and knows I'm a Stanley nut had given me an open invitation to come round if we were ever on, I took him up on it on Thursday - don't think his missus was hugely impressed, mind.
Anyway, I thought we were unlucky and the support came over loud and clear - tremendous drumming performance throughout. And I found this thread on our bit of the Beeb's 606 message board which I thought was worth bringing to the Ultras' notice - hope the link works! BBC - 606 - - A43609881 - The ultra's making football how it should b Keep it up boys! |
Re: vs Tranmere
