SHOCK - Eric to splash the cash!!!!!

Accrington Observer today quotes Eric as saying that cash WILL be made available for Coley to sign Charnock! He IS in talks with Blackburn to sign Rostyn Griffiths permanently!! He WILL be trying to get Terry Gornell back permanently either in January or at the end of the season when his current deal expires!

Whether any or all of these deals comes off remains to be seen, but the right noises are coming out of the FES and this will re-affirm many supporters beliefs in Stanley.

Like I say.. lets see this club splashing out money on players.... can anyone remember the last time or how many times we have splashed out big amounts of money for two players in the same month as is being promised here ?

Nobody expected us to fork out £85000 on Craney less than 12 months ago but we did, I'm sure all 3 would cost less than this.

alot of good things comeing out of the club this past month or two! a good two pager in observer all about stanley! things are looking up eric about to put his short hands in his deep pockets to pay the cash for some great new players! plans about the seats which will keep us in the league and might bring in a few more fans! what next main stand to give us a song or two! maybe i am dreaming alittle to much :D what a way to startthe new half of the season if coley turned out in a kilt :eek:

I recall the club stating 50k available.. I recall you and others trying to convince everyone how great it is that we will be buying players and I recall saying lets come back after january

Charnock is still with us, maybe to get a better deal for himself, maybe so that Posh can get a better deal - either way we get another 4 months worth of good player for nowt. Rostyn Griffiths was daft enough to choose going home over staying in Accy, and Gornell got himself injured.

I think we did alright in the window and the club have done what they said they would do and spent summat (on a crackingly good lad with resale value)
