Sounds like a mirror image of us. Colmeister, I reckon Stanley as a second club is made for you!

By the way, if Reamer is right and the Grey Horse do serve Bomber, well worth sampling a pint, before you nip across the road to the Oakea. :bar:

Reamer/Wynonie - our managers nickname is actually 'Bomber' so I think a trip to the Grey Horse is fate. Will head there for one before going to Oaklea for one or two more. At this rate, and in true Glaswegian fashion, I will be staggering through the turnstiles. Maybe thats the reason I keep going back to see Clyde - I can never actually remember just how bad the game was! :drink:

Kiwi - will defintely post something upon my return on the Wednesday evening.

Valairian - was on the website earlier today actually and saw that. Seems an excellent prices. Not too sure as yet as quite fancy visiting a couple of pubs in the 90 mins or so before kick off to mix with the real fans. Keeping the idea in mind though as it woudl be a great experience.

Macca - no worries on that front - I've already been talked into going into the Clayton End so that plan remains unchanged.

Valairian - We are striving to avoid going down, so 3 points was a major relief. :mosher:

Pity Stanley couldn't nab the 3 points today. The way things are going it may prove to be a real blessing that other teams got the points deductions.

Having said that, I truly belive that Stanley will win on Tuesday night and will stay up regardless of the misfortunes of others. I'm going 2-1 home win. The wife and I are heading to Yorkshire on Mon morning to stay for a night and should arrive in Accrington around 3ish on Tue.

Hoping to be in the Grey Horse just before 6ish and then onto the Oaklea at around half 6 before heading to the ground. Hope you guys have a decent scarf on sale at the club shop - I refuse to travel 3 hrs south just to catch hypothermia when I can easily (and often do) get that back home at Broadwood every 2nd Saturday!

Hope to catch up with a couple of you guys either in a pub or the game itself.

Oh and, still hoping that Grimsby end up going down, even though one of their scorers today - Adam Proudlock, is a bit of a Clyde legend! We took him on loan as a youngster when he was at Wolves and he was a scoring sensation for us - yes I know, shouldn't be too difficult in our dire league!

I bumped into these two last night at the match, they had a great night, loved the ALL standing terrace in The Clayton End and thought the crowd inc. The Ultras were fantastic:D:D They had a guided tour around The F.E.S. by Mick and have a few pics to remember the occasion. I have asked them to keep on coming as lucky mascots - they will see what they can do!

On the whole it made me very proud to be associated with the club and it is to me what going to The Stanley is all about!!

:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

P.S. They went into the bar afterwards for a drink, did anybody else see/speak to them??????
