Pub Quiz?

Sorry this isn't footy related just how sad i was that the quiz at the stanley owned pub has been cancelled it was the only reason i went in to the pub in the first place

anyway i don't think it is good Google Page Ranking for the club but that is up to them i suppose

Yes and there is a legitmate reason as to why. Landlord Mo has left the pub.

i think that stanley should get there own pub licence than just empoly people to run it this way they wouldnt have people leaveing as this is twice two people have left as landlord/landlady

Whats the difference ? Accrington Stanley cannot have there own license. Someones name has to be above the door

And hazel was pushed out to bring Mo in. MCR haven't you figured out yet that no-one jumps from this club, everyone is pushed!!

yeh but there must be a reason why this happens no good haveing a pub with no licence holder with 3 games in a row comeing up will it still be open next weekend

i think you will find mo resigned because stanley didn't want to spend anymore money! and cancelled the quiz something which is weird as monday nights probably was one of the most profitable nights of the week with the quiz. It just doesn't make sense!

you have to spend money to make money, spending money on the seats and the roof hopefully will bring in more people! look at the oaklea they have just spent money on that with the new game area and it looks really good and is always busy

Is the crown making any money thats the question,its ok when theres a match on and its full but what about the other days/nights maybe on monday night when theres a quiz on,times are hard for all moneys tight not everyone goess out every night to the pub,,
