There is much talk about the Chairman in other threads. But do we still have a Vice-Chairman? Back in March last year, we were told about the appointment of a Mr Peter Marsden as Vice Chairman. Is he still with us? I could not help noticing one of his quotes at the time:

“I am determined to find others like me who would be interested in the prospect of getting involved with this great football club, and I am sure there must be folk out there either in Accrington, down south or even around the world who would like to do something similar."

Has he had any success in finding others like him?

And while we are talking about personnel, is Asa Hartford still with us?

Asa is still with us!
He manages the reserve side and I believe coaches the youth team!!!

Peter is still very much on board; like all at the club (dispite what some may think) working very hard in the background.

Peter's main business is property and finance. I believe, in common with the rest of the world, this sector is finding economic conditions very testing at present.

I'm sure though he will bring "new blood" on board as and when he can "convert" his Southern collegues an friends to the Stanley cause:)

I had not heard anything about either of them for a long time. Glad to see that they are both with us.
