Burey and Black

hi just looking at the match report on the BBC and it says on our team sheet subs not used burey and black. Anyone know if these guys are loan signings or from the reserves or youth team? Thanks

They've played in the reserves in the past. I think they came through the youth team.

Bevan Burvey is a centre back Youth and Reserve player
Adam Black is a forward Youth and Reserves player

Yes. Recognised Bevan in the warm up. Think we signed him from Macclesfield.

Who plays in the net for the reserves/youth team? I don't understand why we can't have one of those players on the bench for the first team. Is it a registration issue?

Defo not a registration issue.......I suspect its down to the fact they think none of the younger keepers are up to it!!

It says something about our reserve and youth set-up if our outfield players are deemed more 'up to it' to deputise as goalkeepers in emergencies.
