Bury Away

Due to plenty of people asking me, the coach to bury will cost £5 per person, to book on this either see myself on a match day or lee in the clubshop.
This coach will be leaving from outside the crown at 12:30pm and returning straight after the game.

This has been designated as the fancy dress away day by the ultras which always makes for a good day out

Lets end this season with a bang

didnt notice the 11am thing.. is that a cut and paste from last trip ? I doubt very much a football coach would be allowed into bury at that time of day

Do all police forces have the rules about football coaches being pre-booked for entry ? I know it happens in London.

not sure.. i guess they know what they are doing..just suprised a local derby an all that they would let a coach arrive so early..i thought there where rules but mebbe thats just my mind playing tricks in my old age :)

When our lot went to Tottenham & Chelsea they had coaches arriving late morning for an evening kick-off. I know they had to notify the police but I guess as long as they are told they ok it. I guess the flexibility depends on the relevant police force , and of course who the oppostion fans are. Stanley would be at the bottom of the league for potential trouble so there would be no reason for the police to be fussy.

if the coach is going at 11 it will be there by 20 past ... cant see many fans needing to take beer on a 20 minute trip.. hmm although i can think of a couple :)

bump

I will be collecting cash on saturdays game or you can drop in a book in with lee in the clubshop

just to let you know, nobody will have a seat booked until they pay for it, as we have to pay up front for the coaches

I would but I'm travelling down on saturday morning and if all goes well I'd be in Accy at 12, if all goes not to bad it would be 12.20 but if things go wrong then Accy would be out and I would have to find my way from Preston.

There are lots of Rail works this week end but it has changed from impossible to can be done.

Just a word of warning to those travelling by car. Since we last played at Gigg, the Council has introduced a residents' parking scheme in the streets to the north of the ground. Probably, you'll have to park further away than before, or even have to pay to park in the town centre, so allow plenty of time.

When you have to work with a bunch of mancs it gets to you so a few beers and make some noise would cheer me up:)

Due to being too miserable, even got my own thread now, I think I will go and watch Accrington CC and sit in a corner on my own and sulk, I will use the time to think about all the positives Stanley have got and write 100 lines using Kipax's quote that Accyweb is only a message board, enjoy the game you happy people.;)
(I've bet on Stanley to win, got 8-1 odds)
