Stanley Ultras are looking for donations of saleable household items, bric & brac, toys etc etc Anything that can be sold at a local car boot sale. This will then be collected (or can be dropped off) & all proceeds of the sale will go to the SOS fund. 1000 fans at Stanley? Must be some junk in a 1000 attics ....

Dates to be confirmed but as soon as we have enough to warrant going.....

This will be in the local press too & I will give anyone my number for donations......

Date is the 17th @ Clitheroe Boot Sale, hopefully Mascot will be there & buckets will be out for donations....

i'll sticky it and once to the date is and then as with others once completion has to be removed as only limited sticky's allowed im afraid, unless there's a sticky that can come off i cant put no more up no pins left.

a car boot sale is a good idea,I will help man it BUT if wet, people will stay away,how about approaching the council for a charity shop for one week? just a suggestion.

Donations are coming in thick & fast, thanks to KSH & Katei77 for their help too.

More needed folks, we need double triple what we have. Anything old DVD's, games, books, etc etc

i thou the same when we had a car boot early in the year at clitheroe but they went very quick,to dealers i knocked em out at a quid a book made just over 40 quid on the books alone

also baby items clothes toys etc they sold really quick

come on ppl ve a good clear out before xmas

LOL, was only joking, books usually sell well at boot sales, gets people round looking through them, if theres a few people there others come to see what there all looking at, a lot of people will just walk past a stall if theres no customers there

:) What time you thinking of setting up? only asking because the dealers usualy start to arrive the same time as people are seting up to sell .Its been known to be busy at 7 in the morning have you rang up to check what time you should be there:)

i have got a load of books from the armed forces,i also have 2 signed books,but can you make sure they dont go on ebay,bcause i will get in trouble from my employees,

book 1 is roy chubby browns autobiography.
book 2 is john warks autobiography.

i am also bringing up my psp,i dont have any games though.
i have loads of boxset dvd,s,titles include,ncis,teachers,the l word,life on mars,nip tuck,everybody loves raymond,i also have single dvd,s that people can rummage through,when i think of more stuff i can add then i will try and fit it in my car.
