Eric Whalley

at this point in time we now know that ASFC owes £150k to Eric Whalley. We dont know why. Up until june we had evidence that no directors loans had been made. Should a directors loan be made it would be minuted at a directors meeting - this hadn't happened by the time ASSF convened at a solictiors in the second week of June. Why has this suddenly appeared?

Eric is still listed as a shareholder according to the latest available information at Companies House. Why?

David O'Neil is not. Marcelle Lazarus is not. Neither are they listed as Directors of the company. Why? If the ship goes down they will not go down with it if this information stays the same. Out of interest, when ASSF listed itself as a company it took six days to appear on the Official records - likewise when we listed a change of director

Re: Eric Whalley

its all very dodgey. I thought a shareholder etc could not have conflicting interests ie 2 football clubs. Its an absolute mess. Its nowhere near the lot yet though i fear. How many of the conspiracy theories of the last few years are going to turn out to be true. Its just sickening

Re: Eric Whalley

I dont think that a shareholder at one club is a conflicting issue with a director at another - particularly as they are in separate 'competitions'

can all probably be explained that the documentation is on a desk somewhere waiting for Companies House to file

i may be very thick(it happens)but if oneil and lazarus are either shareholders or directors how the hell can they ve a say in the club?

if 150k is owed by ASFC to whalley how can oneil be the owner?i can only guess this money owed to whalley is from the buy out by oneil

if the infor is right the only ppl who are going down with this ship are the fans and club not oneil lazarus or whalley

Re: Eric Whalley

So officially and legally Eric Whalley is still the major shareholder and Director at ASFC (companies house records)

This all sounds alot like fraud! I would say the person or persons that have reliable information to these facts need to get in touch with the powers that be,before it is too late! I believe the ASSF is the only way forward and the only ones we can trust! If O'Neil somehow manages to pull this off he will never be able to be trusted !! So why don't you do the right thing and step down Mr O'Neil.

Eric Whalley resigned as a Director of Accrington Stanley on 24th July 20089, this is registered at Companies House. He is not registered at Companies House and anything with Chester City Football Club.

No, he is still on the last share register that was lodged at Companies House on 16th November 2008. He may have sold his shares to DON but it has not been lodged yet
