PROMISE at FANS FORUM!

Please can someone back me up on this one,Did or Didn't Mr O'Neil and Rob heys say that they would not leave the payment of the taxman to the last minute, but pay about 2 weeks before ??

Not sure if they said pay 2 weeks before but there words to the effect they wanted it sorted 2 weeks before so they could sort out any issues.
