Hi all
Like the rest of you, I'd hoped it wouldn't come to this...

But it has. Now, I've got a couple of people that I know will be in court, so am hoping for the swiftest response possible, at which point I'll try to update the 2BR website, post on here and do an update live on the air, so I'd advise to be close to a radio at around half past (apologies if this sounds like a blatant advert)

Upon the verdict I've been promised (does that word even mean what we thought any more?) a phone interview with one of the representatives who have been in court. Again, I'll try to get it out as quickly as possible.

I'd like your help. Messages and questions will be welcome (with the disclaimer that there won't be time for all of them, though I suspect all will be on a similar theme) - email me [email protected] or use the contact bit at the bottom of the 2BR Sport section of the website.

In this situation all I can do is ask question. Unfortunately as has been proved I can't promise any answers...

I would like to know "why the need to constantly lie...."

We are a small club not a huge premiership blimp, we can handle the truth. Just tell it like it is, honestly & to the point. Fans are just as cheesed off about being lied to....

Can you ask why Mr O"neil when asked by a 9 year old fan who gave up her piggy bank sweety money and wrote a letter for the taxman if she would have a football team to watch in november he answered with a huge smile and ruffling hair"of course you will dont you worry!"

At least everyone else at the club was honest and said to her "we are trying our best"

Please ask all at the top why from the very start of fund raising they said it would be paid on time and meet demands, but some how this has all broken down? instead of comin up with ****ty excuses like always? why if o'neil was so confident of payin the bill his own 'plan' and ignorin illyas khan, this plan has not suceeded?

just listened to it....why do they STILL not know how much the shortfall is that they have to make up?

surely they should have known that BEFORE they went back to court?

Point is, I think they do, but at least Rob has stated on 2BR that the club will be sitting down with Ilyas and Peter to discuss the shortfall which they will pay to appease the taxman. I think this is why we have got 7 days, Ilyas has shown he can and will pay the difference. 'Bout time the club saw sense, we have only been waiting for this for 8 weeks. I feel I can sleep a little easier tonight if I was not at work!

but will they be using Ilyas's money or is he just gonna be on the backburner as a last resort?

seems D'on has done nothing but pass the buck for the last 8 weeks....does anyone actually know what he has done for the club in that time? if anything?
