Back to FOOTBALL !!!
I know it is difficult to talk about the games at the moment but let us remind ourselves how well John, Jimmy and the team are doing. We have seen some super games at home recently with excellent goals like we saw against Crewe and Cheltenham. I thought the second half at Rochdale was superb. The team are extremely fit, (credit to to the trainers), they ran dale into the ground after an hour. You could see their defenders wilting under the constant pressure form Symes, Grant and Ryan while the defence looked cool when occasionally pressured. Procter was again an inspiration with his usual 120% commitment. The fans were absolutely brilliant!! Well done to all who walked! You could see what the result meant to Coley and the players at the end of the match. Since Symes got fully match fit a few games ago we seem to have a new dimension to our game plan. Gone has the, "punt it up to the front", mentality of the last couple of seasons. Let's all pray that the lads can keep their minds on football and give us another super result on Friday at Grimsby. See you there and lets all shout our heads off! Yes - Protests before the whistle but 100% support for the team once the whistle is blown!!!

Yes I take my hat off to the players and coaches for their brilliant efforts under VERY trying circumstances. Top marks people..now don't stuff up at Grimsby as i have a rather nice 'all up' in play which requires ASFC to return 3points.. :)

goes without saying, J.C.,J.B, n the players have performed wonders during all the crap of the last 8 weeks, don't think fans had any right to expect such a level of football,how many of us could honestly say we would acheive the same,given our livelyhoods were in doubt? my hat n respect to em all.:) now go stuff Grimsby tonight please.

I posted something similar to this a couple of weeks ago and I can only echo the same sentiment now. The team and management deserve all the praise we can offer them, for continuing to perform at an outstanding level during these trying times.

That's why I'm travelling to Grimsby tonight to support the team. They deserve our support and I want to applaud their efforts and show that they are appreciated.

So wish I could've gone to Grimsby; just couldn't get out of work early enough. As Mr Khan said the other night, this is the best team Stanley have ever had and they all deserve to be commended for their fine performances through the club's darkest hour. Well done red men. Keep it up. We're all proud of you.

Presume we'll have full coverage on 2BR - I remember Dan saying at the beginning of the season (although that seems long ago) that if Burnley have no match, we get full coverage

2Br dont do full coverage anymore. New bosses made a commercial decision I'm led to believe -Dan wasnt very impressed
