We have a friendly arranged against an Accrington Stanley XI on Wednesday evening 7.30 KO. There is no mention of it on your website and I was wondering who would be coming is it your 1st XI or reserve side. Also will you have any support coming to Station View?

Its not the first team mate and I doubt any fans will be there...sorry :( Didn't even know about it and I am the webmaster :) No suprise there then, some would say.

First I've heard as well.
I would have like to have gone, but already got
other plans now.
Need to get something sorted regarding information from the
club. The website should be the first place for club news not
the Lancs Telegraph or Accy Observer.

It was announced late on Saturday, not sure why but I would think it may have something to do with ex Stanley Player Ian Blackstone now player Coach at the Rail. I hope it does go ahead cos we've gone to the press billing it as another possible giant killing......

Anyway whatever the team whoever comes they will receive a warm welcome at Station View.

Great, isn't it, that we're playing in a match billed as a "giant killing" and we're the "giants"!

From speaking wiht the club.. I doubt its even reserves going.. probably youth team... Dont go writing that in stone but that seems to be it.

Right now thats sorted who's coming? I can tell you that its £4.00 Adults £2.00 Concessions Free if your under 16 and accompanied by an adult.

Looking forward to it we are unbeaten in 3, 5-1 against Colne, 3-1 against Frickley A & 5-1 against Yorkshire Amateurs. Not a bad start and we have blooded a few yougsters aswell as adding to the first team squad.

Yeagh sorry about the missinformation... I was told by the club it wasnt first team and then later told it was...

Every chance I will be there... they dont mind cameras do they?

Now all I need is directions so I can put them on the website
