Prostar

In the LET - apparently we owe Prostar money & are persuing the courts.

Accrington Stanley face kit supplier legal battle (From Lancashire Telegraph)

I was told personally that it had been paid by DON at the time when prostar put kits online & that prostar had defaulted on the contract not us - seems not so was again more porkies:rolleyes:

I hope that the new supplier is going to be paid properly this time.

Re: Prostar

its not the money owed, its the constant lying.:( if what you say is correct, n that i do not doubt.

Re: Prostar

Yet more lies from DON and RH, they really are a disgrace and how they can run a so-called business is beyond me.

I think its quite obvious by now we owe money everywhere.

Thank god we have Ilyas looking into the situation.

Re: Prostar

I think this subject has been raised before. The only bit of good news is that the amount due to Prostar is unlikely to approach anywhere close to the monies owed to HMRC. Shirts may well sell to the fans at forty quid a throw, but that is a hell of a lot more than clubs pay suppliers....(think less than a tenner). Do the sums yourself.

You can only speculate on 'What payment terms has been agreed with the new supplier?' I can only surmise that it is cash up front, which begs the question of where that cash came from in the first place.

I think the important question is Stanleymad, When were you told? Before or After the court case?

Re: Prostar

Regardless of how much Stanley owed I would have thought they could counter claim for Prostar selling the kits on e-bay. Many of us would say that they had no option if they wanted to recoup there money, but in business/legal terms I'm pretty sure they were out of order.

Thats another issue to me, all thats required is clarity as to whats the score, many people have put hands in pockets gladly through all this crap, to keep people in the dark is insulting from my point of view. NOW should be the time fer a fresh start, NOT more of the same old crap, Fans were asked by Ilyas to back the DoN n R.H. begining to wear a bit thin i reckon.

How these two idiots are still involved with running Stanley is beyond me, it can only be a matter of time before their lies catches up with them. Ilyas has faith in them, I don't and I don't think I ever will.:(

It was a few days after prostar had put the kit on ebay, whilst we were struggling getting shirts logo'd & during all the battling to be saved.

Not when you read this sort of 'non-transparent' statement still being made by the CEO in his efforts to placate everyone !!...

"Stanley chief executive Mr Heys said: “I wouldn't like to comment too much on the situation at the moment because there are one or two issues on both sides, but we hope it will be resolved.”

And what about last Tuesday Evening's 'invisible' Rain ??....any ideas Cashy ?

'Prevarication ???...Economical with the Truth ???...OR ???

'WHITHER TRANSPARENCY ??'
