Fulham fan in peace!

Obviously our teams have an extremely realistic chance of playing one another and I would just like to say I hope we do.

I've been a follower of your recent situation and it's something I hope gets resolved soon as It's never nice to see a club go into administration.

As for the game itself - if we do end up playing you guys then it'll be a good game - Roy may not put out his best team but it'll still be full of internationals and many of whom are the team we send out for our Europa League games.

Our fans have been travelling quite well this season too so expect to see a modest amount of Fans at least - obviously credit crunch has hit all though and games in Europe (taking over 2,000 to Roma) will have hit quite a few people in the pocket.

Anyway just want to wish you the best against Gillingham - i'll be routing for you - and hopefully see you in the next round.

All the best and a Happy New Year!!! :mosher:

Thanks for your kind words; shame the rest of your fellow fans are busy fighting over loyal points for Gills away tickets!!!

Sorry to here about the loss of a fan at a game, but shouldn't we ALL we waiting until 10pm on the 12th of Jan???

We at Accy are happy with the draw; hostable and winnable ( if we get there)

We realise there's a game to be won!!!:) (and £67K)

nice one Fulham fan, we're looking forward to (hopefully) hosting your lot up here. Mr Fayed will be quite welcome to a tour of our indigenous pound shops as well!

Provided we can overcome the Jills I will be hoping for a repeat of our one and only previous meeting, a 2-0 home win in a 55-56 season friendly

Greetings lads and ladettes, wishing you well against the Gills and hope you truly stuff them. If we get you lot on the 23rd a lot of the Fulham boys are looking well up for the trip and will probably sell-out the away allocation, so here's hoping to you lot getting through. P.S any good pubs in Accrington?

Damien Duff won't fancy it either - still pulling out of challenges according to last night's fans match reports.:D

I think its important too that the team behind the scenes too though if we do get into the 4th round, Like the little things like making sure we don't sell out of beer, where in matches before now we have run out before half time etc . This is where i would like to see Lew and co show us what they can do buy promoting things . IE maybe a scarf which is half Stanley half Fulham . Surely we would sell a decent amount of these for £5 a piece if its a full house!

Any chance of it being on Sky?

Some good ideas but not going to happen... i would really like to see good prices put up to get in, afterall club record attendance was colchester at home who are in league 1 now. I know we were much lower when we played them but we are having a belter of a season and a premier league side should pack the ground, i hope...

Re: Fulham fan in peace!

IF we can do Gillingham, and get Fulham it would be a disgrace if it isnt a sell out.

I know hindsight is a great thing but if we beat gillingham on tuesday, I would love to know the odds we would have got on us this season going further than united and liverpool in cup, must be huge.

I bet they would have been massive, but as you say hindsight is a wonderful thing! Does make you wonder though, playoffs - League one??? :)
