Rotherham Game - Freebies

I hope that the game goes ahead and that I see many of you at the game. May I please use this forum as a means to spread the message about a scheme I have personally sponsored in order to draw attention to and help give some momentum to the club shop.

I have purchased a chunk of the items in the shop, and will be giving them away to random fans in the crowd before the game. There will be a lot of stuff - ranging from 20 of those padded coats that are worn on the sub's bench, through to other goodies.

There is NO CATCH, i shall be stepping out and simply handing stuff to fans who turn up. I shall make sure I come to each part of the ground just before the start of the game.

The purpose of the gesture will be to help people witness the quality of some of the merchandise, and, frankly, as a thank you for the fans who will be coming along to the first home game in a while.

As I say above, its a total freebie, and a gesture from me to fans. I think that there will be about 50 items in total, with an emphasis on younger fans.

Please do spread the message.

take care

That's a really nice gesture:)

Maybe for a future game it may be worth running some sort of draw for anybody who makes an instore purchase or who just looks in, they receive a raffle ticket for a draw which takes place at half-time and the winner gets a voucher for £xx amount to spend instore.

It may encourage more people to come into the Store to see what's on offer?
