Re: Conference Leading Scorer 2004-05
Best bet in the Conference strikers seems to be Roscoe D'Sane at a very generous 25-1.
I would have thought that Paul Mullin would have deserved a higher rating except, possibly, for the slight air of uncertainty. Lewis Killeen (Halifax Town) will struggle to meet his rather flattering 14-1 , I believe , because his pal Ryan Mallon was put on the transfer list yesterday. I know that we need defenders more than anything else, but if Mallon's available he could really be an asset to Stanley ; I'm sure he'd work hard for Coley , whereas he didn't seem to hit it off with Chris Wilder. I didn't quite catch the odds for Stan The Monkey . . . . |
Re: Conference Leading Scorer 2004-05
You can get 20/1 on Mullin with some bookies.
I'm with Henry, but if you're going to stick a few quid on D'Sane go to Skybet where he's 33's. Don't stick your money on Grazioli, IMO he's got little chance of winning the golden boot. Nurse of Stevenage is agood outside bet at 80's. |
Re: Conference Leading Scorer 2004-05
Boswell, the NLP's resident tipster, gave Stanley odds of 12-1 last Sunday. However, one of his reasons for this was "last season's seventh place" so he obviously hasn't done his homework very well!

Re: Conference Leading Scorer 2004-05
The one bet that stands out for me is Elding from Stevenage at an amazing 50/1.
In the two games against us he was brilliant. Tall, quick and very strong. A real handful for any defence. Wouldn't mind seeing him in a Stanley shirt ;) |
Re: Conference Leading Scorer 2004-05
Stanley are the only side in the list that Jeff posted to have three players at 33/1 or better!
