Luke Joyce

Just want to know the fans opinion on how Luke has been playing since he joined Accrington?

Re: Luke Joyce

good start, then played out of poisition (right back) but did alright, then in and out of the team. For me he is a crackin gplayer and i rate him very highly. I think he does the simple things very well.

Re: Luke Joyce

as Macca says a no nonsense player, has been a rock this season, a lot of his play goes unnoticed simply because he is so competent at what he does

My two year old daughter in her own words 'I love Luke, Luke's cool!!!' Ha ha ha, bless her!!!

Got to say from what I've seen he's a class act, so tidy and efficient with the ball, does the simple stuff well and allows the rest to follow. I personally want to see him in a stanley shirt for seasons to come.

Re: Luke Joyce

As most have said, he is a player who never looks under pressure and can always find a pass. A welcome addition to the squad!

In my opinion he is one of the best midfielders in league 2. Very rearely wastes a pass and is cool under pressure.

Just echoing the sentiments of everyone here; Joyce is a top player for us. All our midfield play better when he's in the team.

He tore Radcliffe apart!

He was at the heart of our 5-0 win over Radcliffe in pre-season. Nothing cryptic!

Re: Luke Joyce

I personally didnt think he had a good game far too many passes going nowhere and he looked weak

Our survey says... eh ehhhhh. :D
A few of Joyce's passes were off (not nearly as many as Jimmy Ryan's) but he still held the midfield and tackled well. He's had better games but remember that was his first game in nearly a month :)

Re: Luke Joyce

I agree Jimmy's passes were off too, prefer to see him midfield he didnt look up to the winger role but a great win all the same
