Coach travel to Northampton
Will it be there on time with a 4pm depart???
M6 is a nightmare at the moment , really dont want to miss kick off :( |
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
I was working down that way last week and got stuck in traffic for over an hour. Nightmare, especially in the rush hour.
|
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
Im down there every week and its always the same. :(
|
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
I know Im thinking that myself!! gives us 3hrs 45mins to get there. will take about 3hours with no traffic.. :( :(
Just struggling because a number of the regulars booked on can just make the 4 set off. I suppose theres no harm in askin if they could get there for half 3,the earlier we set off the better!! |
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
Plus, and its my mistake, I dont have a contact number for two of the people booked on so if they wernt to find out about any last minute changes then they would be stranded in accy.
Dilemna -I dont wanna let anyone down! LEAVE ME TO IT, I WILL PERSONALLY CHECK WITH EVERYONE BOOKED ON IF A 3PM SET OFF WOULD CAUSE ANY PROBLEMS! |
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
whos the two you dont have a contact number for why not get the coach to come a bit earlier and only set off early if everyone who has booked has turned up and get the new time put on stanleys web site etc

A young lad called ash, clayton end regular think he comes on with his oldman |
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
I think 3pm set off would be absolutely fine Ash.
With the M6 being so bad, especially at rush hour theres no chance we would make the kick off if we leave after at 4pm or after. |
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
brilliant!! The man with no number has just contacted me :) :)
|
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
Looks like it will be a 3.30set off from the crown 2moro, I think as pointed out above about the traffic even half hour will benefit.
I do apologise about my imcompetence :) |

Be careful guys.... DO NOT park outside Bella Pasta, Cineworld, KFC, or TGI's.....you will get a fine from the enjoyment Nazis. Best paying a couple of quid to pay in the car park near the south end of the ground where your fans will be seated (and hopefully quiet due to being defeated heavily ;)). |
Re: Coach travel to Northampton
Might be a very good option to use the toll road guys. It WILL save you an hour if Wolverhampton is busy on the M6.
We got to your place in 2 1/2 hours on a busy Tuesday night skipping round Brum. |

Re: Coach travel to Northampton
How much did they charge on the toll road for the skateboard your fans must have come on? (Joking...)
You lot were crackers and we were commenting on your support being PROPER footy fans.....shove your Manure's and Arse-nils up ya arssse.....Div 4 is great and you lot enjoyed what must have been a pretty depressing night. We honestly thought or unbeaten run would come to an end tonight..... I guess your players should have drunk their milk eh? (Sorry....I know...it's a cliche!) All the ebst for the rest of the season beating all the teams above us!!! |
