When is Kempson going to get sold/benched whatever. He always screws it up. He cost us the game against Fulham, regularly gets into trouble with the ref and now this. Useless.

Another Kempson own goal... some managers would give him a rest, unfortunately we don't have that luxury at the moment. Seems a shame as apparently he'd played well up 'til that point.

Really should be winning games like that. The money I took on Symes' goal is bittersweet and I see no other option but to drink it tonight.

Safe journey home red men.

poor kempo!! He's just not getting any luck at the minute, and he's probably gonna be getting a blasting in the dressing room right now with the rest of the lads for lettling it slip.

Gutted!!!

Not wanting to be rude here but, do you even watch stanley?:eek::confused:

Yes Kempo was at fault for the Fulham sending off and has rightly appologised, but as for him 'always screwing it up' I think that is massively unfair on the lad. Yes he's scored a couple of OGs recently but tha can happen to anyone and certainly doesn't happen on purpose. :(

Darren has give his all all season and for the most part has been hugely consistant and his partnership with Phil as led to some of the most solid defensive performances I've seen from a Stanley team in years. :)

Take your frustrations out on someone else fella!!!

Do not think you have a clue what you are talking about matey, Kempo was by far and away Man of the Match, last week against Bradford, maybe you must not have been there!!

Totally agree the whole back line is always on edge when a certain Mr Dunbavin is in goal IMHO

Yes I was there thanks and I stand by my opinion although I respect that others may not agree. Just call it as I see it.

Fair play then, but I think that "Always screwing up" is O.T.T. :) :)

Darren has been a brick for us this season (another example of the Coley magic) and he is a nice lad as well, I am sure Darren will be gutted but these things do happen anyway it,s history now we need to look forward to our next game and hopefully 3 points.

Nobody epitimises the spirit of Stanley better than G.I. Kempson the lad would run through brick walls for the cause.

Another late goal is not good, I was not there so difficult to judge but you play till the final whistle.

Re: Torquay utd match thread

I thought the Reds were really disappointing today. We were disorganised and second to the ball far too frequently. The defence was stretched too often and we made little progress with long balls out of defence. The much-maligned Bavs made a couple of great saves.

The real positive was Chris Turner's arrival. He had the beating of his full-back every time and in the short time he was on, he made a series of dangerous crosses. Michael Symes scored from the first of these. Prior to Turner's arrival, we were pedestrian and lacking in ideas.

I think we are going to have to settle for a place in the top half of the table at the end of the season. I hope I'm wrong, and we do make the play-offs. But we have lost too many points against teams we should have beaten.
