Been pretty skint over the last four weeks so haven't been able to afford any of the friendlies so I am really gagging for this Saturday! I will probably make a tit out of myself by calling the new players by the wrong names but hopefully we'll be too busy cheering for anyone to notice!

Dont worry - when the team pics go up (and I know that will defo be before Saturday) you'll be able to put names to faces - BRING ON THE BREWERS - Im exited and I cant get there :)

:rose8: Dont forget Smiffy he's a music Teacher so give him some leeway :) the one time I really miss being in the UK is start of the football season but with the internet and Radio I can keep up but Saturday is going to be great lets hope to fill the place and give the guys a real start to the season. There's a decent BBC Conference form guide on http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/foot...nf/3897791.stm that lists player comings and goings for each club and gives their verdict for the season. Good to see it's fairly positive about Stanley. Some of the comments are on Ceefax p339 as well.

Can't wait for the new season. Friendlies are good but they are nothing
compared to the real thing. Looking forward to a really good atmosphere.

Just been on the Burton website and they reckon they're bringing between
400-500. Better get the old voice box going for the game....
