The Cherries are currently 4th, only 1 point behind 2nd spot and an automatic promotion place. Bournemouth were handed a surprise defeat last weekend - loosing 3-2 at Blundell Park to a struggling Grimsby side. Other recent results saw them draw 2 a piece with fellow promotion contenders Notts County and a narrow 1-0 win over Morecambe. Since Bournemouth were relegated into League 2, we have had mixed fortunes. Last year saw a 3-0 home win for Stanley and a 1-0 loss at Dean Court (sorry Fitness First Stadium) with the Cherries scoring a gutting 86th minute winner. Earlier this season at the Crown, Bournemouth came and grabbed all 3 points with another narrow 1-0 win. Will the Cherries pick off Stanley on Saturday? Or will Stanley pip them to the 3 points? I know you all know but I forgot to say before anyone gets pedantic, deadline for all these predictions to be in will be as per usual, kick off which is this Saturday 27th March at 15:00GMT (the last GMT of the season as its BST on Sunday - at last!)

Ok I have updated the prediction league table for all to see to include all predictions made in this thread for yesterdays 2-0 defeat at Dean Court. Well done to all from Accy that made the long trip down there to see us kick a corner flag out of the ground and become the laughing stock of the football league show last night. How embarrassing :(
