Re: William Hill Advert

Saw it in yesterday's paper, poor taste, given all that has gone before and how long it's taking to try to shake the milk advert

Would like to know did the Club give permission for the name to be used and did they receive anything for the use of the name in the advert?

MAB glad YOU know!!

Cos nobody at Dagenham knew yesterday, including the only director present:(

To me assocation with this market is too soon, BUT IF the money's OK, I'll listen ( as always's my personal views:))

Thanks Mab for confirming that

I agree with Mr. T it is too soon and sends out the wrong message

Sometimes short sightedness has a nasty habit of biting us on the Bum:eek:

I hope that is not the case this time

First saw this on Saturday, got to admit was a little bemused, wouldn't have thought it's exactly appropriate but, if it brings a decent amount of money in who am I to argue and I suppose in a way it shows we've put the betting scandal behind us and have moved on from it.
