Is it ethical

Is it ethical to buy a season ticket if O'neill s still in charge of the club?

I is my opinion that he only appears to care about 1 thing in relation to Stanley, his own profile/status.

He has a proven track record of not providing the finances to sustain the club, so whay doesnt he do the honourable thing and step aside and let someone else buy EW shares.

I do not have the funds to buy EW shares or sustain the club; but as a fan I am able to show my displeasure at the running of the club and can choose to spend my £££'s elsewhere.

I cant bring myself to buy a season ticket with him in charge.

Will be handing my dosh over for a season ticket today.

I work on the proviso that if it's OK with Ilyas, it's OK with me.

If I lived close enough i would have a seaso ticket but alas i dont. So can only contribute when in town. Its not a case of who owns our club but putting money in the pot as often as I can.

Ilyas saved the club; but I undestood he gave his shares away, so presumably he doesn't own it.
So who does; O'Neil or the cardboard millionaire?

so that makes 2 of us not buying season tickets. The pathetic stewarding adds to my resolve.

Assuming one enjoys:
  • A good day out socialising with friends
  • A couple of pints in the Crown before the match
  • A bit of banter after the match in the Crown with the away fans
  • Singing on the terraces with the Ultras
  • visiting all the away grounds
  • Supporting your local team
  • Being a football fan and just enjoying life
Etc etc etc . . . . . And at approx £7 per ticket then yes

If none of the above or anything similar don't apply then NO it's probably not ethical so don't bother.

Right, Davo, after what Ilyas has just said, I'm confidently expecting you to come back on here and tell us you've changed your mind. If you don't, there's no hope for you! :D
